With fall upon us it is time to take a look at the market for August and July and compare some numbers from the previous year to see where we stand. We will look at August of 2016, 2015, and July of this year to see how the inventory and prices compare, as well as, the active and under contract properties.

With the fall upon us and the winter quickly approaching we should continue to see the market slow just a bit. When I say slow I mean that homes will sit a little longer and we might not see quite the apprecitaion through the end of the year, but homes will continue to sell and still remain a sellers market.
