Well it was another great year for our community and the real estate market was no different! 2016 saw a rise in all the categories that we look at in the real estate market. Below are the numbers comparing them to 2015 and it is nothing but good news for home owners! The Parker real estate market was more of the same that we have seen the last couple of years. The inventory stayed relatively low with homes being snatched up quickly as there are still way more buyers than there are listings. The market is still in favor of sellers at the lower price points with the higher price markets becoming more neutral. From the looks of things this year could be fairly similar. It is pretty phenomenal the amount of appreciation we have seen in the condos in Ironstone the past couple of years. In 2015 a 1 bed 1 bath condo average price was $121,825 and at the end of 2016 that number was up to $149,966! The same can be said about the 2 bed 1 baths and the 2 bed 2 bath condos. There was a 2 bed 2 bath that sold not too long ago for a record $225,000, and that number should continue to broken this year! I could not be more excited for our communities and the outlook of the real estate market this year!
