Well it was another great year for our community and the real estate market was no different! 2016 saw a rise in all the categories that we look at in the real estate market. Below are the numbers comparing them to 2015 and it is nothing but good news to home owners! This past year we saw our community finally finish our complete build out with Berkeley selling their final homes. We are now at a grand total of 324 homes in our neighborhood. The Parker real estate market was more of the same that we have seen the last couple of years. The inventory stayed relatively low with homes being snatched up quickly as there are still way more buyers than there are listings. The market is still in favor of sellers at the lower price points with the higher price markets becoming more neutral. From the looks of things this year could be fairly similar.
